Well summer is finally here, and now is the time to start getting out of the house and enjoying nature.  Summer is the time for picnics, vacations, and cookouts.   But also with summer, comes the bugs, hot weather, and stress from being so active.  That is why, when summer rolls around, I start a whole new regiment.  The first thing I do, is start my day off with a healthy smoothie for breakfast.  My favorite is spinach, banana, and coconut milk.  I need that Vitamin K and potassium.  Potassium from the banana's helps with muscle cramps, and the vitamin k from the spinach helps with the dark circles under my eyes.  After having my smoothie, I exercise.   Exercising helps my energy level and alleviates some of my stress.  Then, I shower, and start preparing my skin for that hot summer weather.  It is importatnt to moisturize your skin every day.  Of course, I use the Body Glo Cream, Body Glo Lotion, or Antioxidant Serum.  I like all of them, so I use all of them.  I usually moisturize with the Body Glo Cream or lotion.  I use the Smoothing face cream for my face, and use the Antioxidant Serum as a pre shave-after-shave lotion.  All of them help fight the free radicals and protect my skin against the sun. What are you doing to protect your skin against the summer forces?
